I called a week or so ahead to schedule an appointment for my spouse and had confirmed the date, day, and time of the appointment twice before hanging up.
It was unusual that neither of us received the email reminder days before. On the day itself my spouse called to check under either of our names but he was told that he didn't have an appointment that day. The lady who answered at that time did not even apologize on behalf of the establishment. It was time away from work that was wasted and an apology should have been provided. It was really upsetting how indifferent she was.
I called a week after on a Friday before noon to reschedule the appointment. Then I explained what had happened before as I was asking her to confirm if she had indeed entered the appointment in your system. Again, no apology was provided and experienced the same indifferent tone.
I understand that the pandemic has been stressful for everybody but being in a line of business that is supposed to help alleviate that, customer service is very disappointing.
