Sadly, I find their business practices very underhand. They make it impossible to cancel their service. You are then left with your bank to deal with the business. Also BEWARE, you are charged for things that they do not tell you upfront, and they never honor any of their coupons. Do not be surprised if your services ends up costing 2-3 times more than the initial amount you began with.

This place is a necessity to my soul. The staff, the environment ,the services offered, make an oasis of regeneration from the stresses life . I sincerely hope Hand and Stone Dublin survives the State of CA business shutdown . The owners and managers, are wonderful caring people. Remember, your clientele are loyal and LOVE you and your STAFF ! Please use all of the resources offered, to support our sanctuary! Kelly was great! She listened to my concerns and remembered my info from last time she saw me. Her pressure was right on! On top of that she was super friendly! My only complaint is the parking in Dublin. You e got to give yourself plenty of time to circle the lot.

My skin has been feeling very dry and somewhat patchy... I went in for a Hydration facial... but upon consultation, I ended up getting a microdermabrasion facial and it was AMAZING! Nilo had great "bedside manners" and very pleasant and knowledgable. It was so relaxing, I was falling in and out of sleep the entire time I was there. I will be going back very soon!
