My massage was amazing. Xi is a fantastic and professional RMT. I was a little apprehensive going to a male therapist, however, Xi has changed my feelings on that 100%. Highly recommend. He asked the right questions, did check ins and listened to my needs.

I had a facial done by Deepa. I would highly recommend her. She was professional, and kind and payed attention detail. The experience was super relaxing and my skin felt refreshed and soft. I will definitely return.

Tech was friendly but didn't explain about the products she was using or what she was doing at each step. I had to ask.

When I paid at the end, I was charged a different price then what I was originally quoted.

I've been to many Hand and Stone locations, but this was the worst experience of all of them. I won't return to this location.

These are the top three reasons for my poor rating:

1. The masseuse did not provide a hot towel rub down after my massage. However, she did ask me if i wanted a hot towel to rub myself down.

2. The environment is lacking a spa-like feel.

3. No water was provided after the massage.

Xi did a wonderful job he was really professional and make me feel so comfortable was my first Swedish massage it didnt hurt snd i almost fall asleep :) they follow protocols for covid 19 i feel 100% comfortable and also the facial the girl knows what she doing she explain every step and also recomend the best products for my skin .
