Not a great visit.... There was a scheduling conflict so I didn't see my regular esthetician (who I travel an hour to see I might add). They provided a free upgrade voucher as a service recovery but then charged me for a sensitive skin facial when the woman told me she was only doing a regular facial. I didn't pay for the "upgrade" obviously since I received the voucher, but it caught me off guard I didn't know what to say on the spot. There seems to be a lot of new faces in the front, I'm hoping next time I return I have a better experience.

I scheduled online and did not receive a call confirmation, an email confirmation or communication in any other way for me to know whether I had an appointment. I called and left a message asking if I had an appointment and no one returned my call. I did not go to the appointment because I thought I did not have one. Since I am getting this email asking about my experience, I am afraid I have been charged for a a session. When I got through to the store, I was told they do not know how to use online booking, yet there is a place here to schedule on line. Fall Church should be dropped from this website until they have training.

Came in for a routine service on our 2006 Saab Convertible. It's always a good experience. The staff did the work they were asked to do, and they pointed out some potential problems I might experience down the road for a car of this vintage. They made no attempt to upsell me on doing the work now, but provided an estimate for the future. Prices were fair and they always do the work right the first time. Getting a car wash was just a bonus.

We took our car back after several successful visits for a slightly rough idle. Euroworks charged me over 500 dollars for sparkplug wires, air suction hoses and other items they thought were causing the problem then said they weren't sure what was causing the problem but that I would need to spend 3000 dollars to try and fix it. I took my car back paid the 500 and got it back with even a rougher idle than when i first took it in. Additionally they overfilled the radiator overflow bottle..... They may be cheaper than the dealer but are they better?
