I scheduled online and did not receive a call confirmation, an email confirmation or communication in any other way for me to know whether I had an appointment. I called and left a message asking if I had an appointment and no one returned my call. I did not go to the appointment because I thought I did not have one. Since I am getting this email asking about my experience, I am afraid I have been charged for a a session. When I got through to the store, I was told they do not know how to use online booking, yet there is a place here to schedule on line. Fall Church should be dropped from this website until they have training.
