I have enjoyed my membership and the treatment I have received in this past few years.

Yesterday at check out I tried to book several treatments for mid October......The Young blonde behind the counter was not at all helpful. I gave specific dates and tried to coordinate my requests with my daughters work schedule as I can not drive at this time. As I tried to be playful and lighthearted this girl just plainly treated me poorly. Rambling off available people after telling me that there was no schedule in place,as a result I booked no massage, facial or wax. I was quietly fuming by the time I left. Not a great way to end a relaxing hour with Kiera.We have many choices for such services on and near Fleming Island and I am considering dropping my membership. My needs are simple I would think the idea would be to cooperate with a client. Not be snotty. Maybe Client/ employee relations class should be revisited.
