I gave 2 stars because my fiancé at least somewhat enjoyed his massage. My massage therapist, Virginia, was clearly having a bad day and she took it out on me. When she lift my legs or arms, she would gently set it back down on the table. She let them fall! You know that chicken wing move where they are supposed to GENTLY put your hand behind your back so they can reach under your shoulder blade? Nothing gentle about it and I suffer from arthritis which I made COMPLETELY clear on my form. She started on me 2min after my fiancé because the headrest was broken and she head to get another one. Strange, I ended exactly 2min before him.
It is a shame because we had just completed a 40hr+ round trip road trip for Christmas and I needed a nice relaxing massage. I did not receive that. What is even more terrible? When we checked out and were asked if everything went well, I responded that I was not satisfied. The response from the woman completing the transaction was clearly drone-like and showed she was not listening because she ended up saying that was good to hear and proceeded to complete the transaction and then try and sell us a membership.
