DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP!!
I signed up for a membership in Hewlett and at that time, was told by the previous manager (Will) that although the expiration for unused massages was 90 days, the location honors the unused credits and that I shouldn't worry. I asked before signing up because I am not always at this location but was assured that it would not be a problem (and it wasn't while Will was manager). I recently called to schedule a massage because I had one last unused massage, and was told that they would only honor $20, or, they would honor the credit if I signed up for another membership. This was ridiculous on both counts because I paid $65/month and was offered either 1/3 of that or sign up for another membership that I did not want. I am not out $65.00. The new manager, Sara, was unbending and so my review is that the customer service at this location is terrible!
