My treatment with Nina was very good, however the management and front desk service is where I take issue. Front desk staff did not inform me upon originally making the appointment back in January, that I would be charged for this service in addition to my monthly member charge. I was told, after the fact, that because this appointment was more than 1 week before my monthly charge date, the computer system couldn't readjust the date so I would have to pay for this service in addition.
This sounds ridiculous to me since everything is computerized and if I authorize the charge be put through sooner why couldn't that be done? Now I have to pay twice in February, basically forcing me to buy an extra service.
Although I have opted to give my daughter a service in March using the February charge, I'm not happy about how this transpired. I am being forced to pay for an extra service...this is very poor customer service from management and clearly the desk staff is not being trained well enough to recognize this possibility when a client is scheduling their next appointment.
