I got to my appt early - but ended up waiting 10 - 15 minutes over my appt time - while others who came after me was being taken in to get their procedure done. The Manager realizing that I was starting to get upset, then decided to check and realized that it was my first visit and I needed to complete some paperwork before I get to my procedure. Appt are set up for a reason & it's the Manager/asst. Manager job to ensure each person that walk into your office is properly taken care off. I was not at all pleased with his lack of professionalism - he was busy speaking with another patron (I believe he was another patron) and not addressing the the needs of the clients. While he was polite, he needs to be engaged with clients that come in, whether you're a regular or not - check and make sure that paperwork etc is in order - before you socialize with others.
As for my treatment - the therapist was definitely on her game - Michelle, did my massage and was really good and very professional. I totally enjoyed my massage and would definitely recommend her services. Based on her service/treatment - I will purchase a membership.
The other front office staff, upon completing my treatment - again- very nice, professional and helpful - she was able to provide me with answers to my questions on getting a membership package and offered very helpful suggestions based on my question.
While first impressions count - and the Manager or Asst. (not sure of his position) did not impress me - the other staff and therapist did - which made my experience good and will ensure that I will go back for other treatments.
