Michael paid special attention to several pain point and released tension that I didn’t realize was affecting me so badly. I had pain in a shoulder which caused reduced range of motion (I didn’t even mention that to him) and the next morning the pain was gone and my should was back to normal.
Wow! What a great experience! Michael was warm and attentive. He took time to listen carefully and address areas of concern; this made me feel comfortable and set me up for a great massage. Customer service at reception was great too. Thank you!
Service has always been great. But I don’t think the masseuse or employee should tell you what the tip should be, or just plain tell you what you need to leave as a tip. I think that is very wrong from their part.
The massage was much needed and came in at a perfect time! Shantell did a fantastic job trying to get all the ‘knots’ out from my back. This was a great Mother’s Day gift and I highly recommend it! From the front desk to the treatment room, 5 star service from personnel.
Dr. Sanchez has a soft voice and special touch that animals respond to. Chester was afraid of the vet's office until he met Dr. Sanchez and something happened when she spoke to him. She took great care of him and now does the same with Dudley for the past 10 years. She's not that close to my home, but she's the best and worth the drive. Very knowledgeable and caring and her staff is the best. You always see the same faces whenever you go.
Sorely disappointed. Can't get to see my Dr. when I am sick. Agreed to see the PA. She doesn't know me or my history but gave me antibiotics & told me to see the Dr. in 2-3 weeks. Can't get apt with Dr. until4 weeks. Then, as usual, they called to cancel that appt. and reschedule for 6 weeks. Meantime I am home sick for 2 weeks with no resolution. They have cancelled me 5 times in the last 5 years so I quit making appts. unless I am really sick. Even that does no good. Although I respect my doctor and the work he does at the office & hospital. there is something wrong with the office's organization when there is no consistency or commitment to appointments or patient care. Not sure what the answer is, but the system needs to be examined!!!
