Overall very satisfying spa services and massage service. Have been coming here for about 3 years. The spa environment however could use some
Improvement - in my past 3 visits, I have noticed an increase in volume in the spa - from clients being brought to their rooms, walking back and forth to the reception or bathroom and constant doors opening and closing. From your treatment room, if your looking for a quiet hour this is disruptive - frequently being able to hear others talking and laughing (good signs I guess!)
