My massage therapist, Dawn, was excellent. I have several knots in my back that she is really helping with. My facial with Arlene was so relaxing, and she was incredibly helpful at balancing out my skin and knew just what I needed. They're the best!

The staff I met, Kat and James (who did my massage) were warm and welcoming! My massage with James was fantastic and in the times of COVID fears, I felt very safe going into Hand and Stone Pistcataway!

I feel the service was fine and the technician was pleasant. However, I am not happy with the pushy up sales tactics. I feel as if as soon as I walked into my appointment, the intention was to encourage me to but more than what I scheduled for. Also, I prefer that the technician not inform me of my skin problems in the lobby. It feels uncomfortable.
