Th receptionists were friendly and welcoming when I arrived and the environment was relaxing but I was very disappointed with my massage therapist. I glanced at the clock in the room before and after he started, five minutes late and ended seven minutes early, bummer! Like all other hour long massages I’ve had in the past, he asked where I wanted him to focus. I said my neck and shoulders as they have been tight lately. Well, I wish I wouldn’t have said anything because that was the only part of my body he worked on. I’ve never had that happen before and I left feeling less relaxed than when I walked in. I didn’t say anything because I kept thinking “I’m sure he will move to my arms or legs soon”, then before I knew it our time was up.
Following the massage, the receptionist kept trying to sell the monthly membership. I said no three times before leaving. Again, I didn’t want to make a scene as there was three clients waiting in the lobby and I was hoping they would have a better experience.
I’m sad to say I won’t be back.
