I took a survey awhile back on my experience and you offered me five dollars off of a service for doing so. I forgot about it and when I inquired about using it, the receptionist told me it was expired and there was nothing she could do about it. It expired on 6/3. I tried to give her feedback that is would make sense to just credit someone’s account vs making them remember they have a coupon. Instead of stating she would pass the feedback on, she said there was nothing she could do. Very frustrating! Honestly if it wasn’t for the awesome job Trudy does, I would cancel my membership. It was only five dollars but the simple “I can’t do anything about it” left a bad experience for me.
