I loved my therapist. I felt so relaxed. I had my massage the first week they were open after covid-19 and all precautions were followed and the place was very clean.

Decided to try Hand and Stone. The place is nice, the staff was friendly, but as far as the actual service, was less than thrilled. The face massage up-grade was not worth it. For a first time customer, would not recommend Hand and Stone.

Tried too hard to sell me stuff I did not want and did not concentrate on the service I asked for. Not likely to go back.

I had the most amazing cold stone facial done yesterday. Janet is the best person to go to for a facial. She is sweet, kind and caring. She makes you feel so comfortable, asks if you have any problems that need to be addressed, and then she works on you. I highly recommend her for your facial needs. I always come away from there, feeling like I died and went to Heaven!

Kim was exceptional! It was my first facial in 8 years and I also had micro dermabbrasion which made my skin glow and a facial mask. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Excited for my next treatment at Hand and Stone!
