I would like the corporate giftcard system to be linked to the individual spas. Yesterday I had trouble using a giftcard
and thought the link would have been better service.
Larissa, the manager, is on top of things. She called the giver of the giftcard and straightened things out right a way.
She even ran out to the parking lot to tell me everything was ok for my next visit. She is an asset to the staff and needs to be recognized for outstanding customer service. She and Arie are top-notch at the front desk.
