I actually did not have an appointment. I was a walk-in because the place I originally had an appointment for was not even open. That's what I get for trying to use a Groupon. The front desk representative was very nice. I explained to her my situation. She looked up and found an open spot for me. I had to wait about 2 hours but that was fine. I ran and did a few errands to kill time. Upon returning was was pulled into the massage room. The woman who did my massage was GREAT. Ihad been having some tightness in my back for a few weeks and when my massage was over the knots were all gone. This was a great experience and I regret not signing up for the membership. But I most definitely will be going back in the next few weeks!
