As I stated to you over the phone how deeply sorry I am for the loss of your ring, we do care. Unfortunately, the best I can recommend is filing a police report. I wish I could do more, but we can't because we don't have any proof. The Intern turned in one ring left in the room, in which we contacted you about. We understand the stress of losing a possession such as a wedding ring, and I'm truly sorry.
