We are sorry the Lifestyle Program was not a fit for you. We do make it very flexible to use and it is a month to month program. One of our Spa Associates should have gone over the member policies when you had joined and we apologize if that did not happen. Your monthly services are for your to enjoy and as long as you are a member you do not lose any of those services. Also you do receive a final prepaid massage in your account for the final payment after your 30 day notice that you are able to utilize at any location.
