I got a great "last minute deal" from their easy-to-use website. Comfortable waiting area. Friendly and informative staff. Fantastic massage! The room was comfortable (ambient music, dim lighting, subtle scents). My massage therapist (Leah) focused on the areas I asked and made sure to communicate about comfort and pressure level. They did not press me to get a membership, merely provided me with information about it. I will definitely be going back.
