Iâ??m sorry you had those unfortunate occurrences. We have been adding additional staff and are doing our best to train them as quickly as possible. I appreciate your mentioning this because it helps us to know where some of these errors may occur. We will continue to strive to improve our services
I switched to Hanover animal hospital, for the people. The receptionist sold me with her compassion , then the vet tech listened and was so understanding and a really kind person . I knew I was in the right place for my pup. Then Dr Tyson knocked it out of the park . I look forward to a long lasting relationship with your practice.
Our dog was seen promptly for his annual checkup. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Tyson spent a lot of time with our dog, treated him with compassion and humor, and thoroughly answered all of our questions.
