My newly adopted dog has a multitude of health issues, most of which I knew going into the adoption. Dr. Tyson took the time to explain her conditions and prioritize the treatment plans. Our pets have been coming to this hospital for 5+ years and overall we have been very pleased.

The vets and team are very personable at Hanover Animal Hospital. They not only care about your pet, they care about you. We lost our cat several years ago and the vet cried with us, you don't forget that.

We love the staff and vets a Hanover Animal Hospital. Our dog, Charlie is older and has recently had health issues. They have shown her great care and have talked me their every strop of her treatment. I am a 25 year customer.

I am somewhat concerned that one of the things I took Picasso for was not taken care of I questioned that he got the shot that he was supposed to as it was not on my billing Becky checked and came back and told me that they said they did give it to him however it was not on my billing when I asked to pay for it and get the correct paperwork she informed me that it was not in the system so I could not do that I found this hard to believe as Gizzy my other Maltese received hers and it was on the billing so I am not 100% sure that he did receive his shot. This was my first visit to your location and you came with good referrals however I am not completely Convinced at this point.

I had a medical emergency with my 4 year old cat and was instructed to come right over for observation and treatment if necessary. Later the same day at pick up I was told they were short of help due to covid. I am just so thankful that I found Hanover Animal Hospital and am definitely going to make them my pets primary facility from here on out. Besides the great service. the diagnosis was spot on and my cat is doing much better within 24 hours. Thank you Dr Tyson!
