The staff and doctors are very courteous. My dogs feel very comfortable with them as they handle them with love and care. The staff and doctors do very well to explain any issues they have and are very thorough taking the time to explain it to me so that I'll understand. So glad that we have found such a wonderful place that takes part in taking care of our loved ones we cherish so much.

I am always very satisfied with the excellent care you provide cello ( currently administering fluids every Monday morning) and your consistently high level of customer service. I have Only one request, that is likely very difficult for your excellent staff to address. I’m a senior who takes all possible safety precautions to avoid covid. It is reassuring to see signs on your door about requiring masks for customers who enter the building. However, I routinely see customers who rudely ignore the signs and enter unmasked. I can assume that they likely ignore vaccinations as well. I am not comfortable confronting this rudeness and it’s not my place, but it does make me very anxious to be in a space with them. I wish your staff felt empowered to kindly remind these unmasked individuals that they should remain in their vehicles and seek curb service if they refuse to comply, I realize that I can request curb service because of my concern, but prefer to enter.. y choice, I know, thanks for offering this opportunity for feedback.

The staff was accommodating to my dogs needs. They were able to fit him in to see him last minute. I have been coming to Hanover Animal Hospital for years and they never disappoint !
