I was called and told it was "time" for my cleaning. they screwed up and booked me a week early and my insurance wouldn't cover it. Not impressed isn't it their job to book within the guidelines of the insurance company. They even said it was their mistake but I was still stuck paying. Not impressed.

Hi Jill, here at hanover dental we take great pride in building and maintaining relationship with our patients and it is not our office policy to inconvenience our patients especially when it comes to insurance stipulations and restrictions. As per our phone conversation we would like to rectify this situation and continue our dental relationship in the future.
