I am the original owner of a 1990 VW camper, and Hans Imports has always provided excellent service. I have been their customer for over 40 years, long before they moved to their current location on Talbert. They know how to service VW vans. They take good care of my VW. Once again work was done that I didn't ask to have done and didn't fix the problem in fact it made it worse. Very disappointed. I came in with cold air in my air conditioner left with hot air only. I don't know what you guys did this time but I'm not happy. And this is not the first time that work was done that I didn't ask for. I've been coming here for a decade plus and am struggling with my returning.
