Terrible service! Do not come here because they are less expensive. Do not go to Boston Dental Group! I could have taken the money that I invested here and gotten quality service. I went and received two professional options from other dentist and an oral surgeon about my root canal. They charges me for this service and never completed it. I highly recommend Nevada Oral Surgery for other services. My implant will be expensive, but it's going to be quality work.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I have done some research and found a couple of errors on our part. For this I apologize. This work was started back in December, and there were follow-up appointments made. One of them you had a cold and did not want any work done. The other, you no-showed your scheduled appointment time. You also share some responsibility here. The front office staff changed and the ball was dropped. I understand you spoke to our regional manager who offered to complete treatment and write off charges, but you refused. I am so sorry for the misunderstandings and your unhappiness with your experience. We do provide quality dentistry and want each of our patients to feel valued and well cared for. This is an unfortunate set of circumstances, but it is unfair to blame the whole company. Sincerely, Deborah Brown Director of Customer Service.
