Brought my two puppies and they came back looking amazing!!!! As always, I recommend Harlem Doggie Spa to any family with pets. They are very flexible with scheduling and give your exactly what you ask for.

Harlem Doggie Spa boarded my dog for 9 days while the family was in Cancun during the week after Christmas into the new year. The owner called us on the pick up day and we were struck in Miami International airport. He was understand and assured us the Buster was safe until we returned. We all love Harlem Doggie Spa!!!

You guys are good and always manage to groom her just right. I only have two complaints - first, there needs to be better communication. Don't tell me that something is one price, then surprise me with additional charges when I actually show up. i would rather stay on the phone and be asked a million questions, rather than be rushed (like she did) and told a generic pricing. Second, all the text messages and emails at like 8 in the morning to confirm the appointment. I wake up early enough when I have to go to work, on my days off I like to sleep. It's a bit excessive to continue sending me these messages after I had already confirmed it days prior. There has to be a better system ...
Besides that, you guys haven't let me down. And you must be wizards there, because not only do you manage to groom her well, but you get a bow on her - and she HATES that.

Love love the service that my dog Swayzi have received. At first of was nervous but I knew he was in great hands. And the employees there are super sweet. Will definitely come back!!!

I have had a wonderful experience dealing with Harlem Doggie Day Spa. The staff has been attentive, patient, and easy to communicate. I really like the personable, but professional way they interact with me when i visit to use their services for Raspberry. They have been helpful and responsive answering any questions I have had. They do not treat me like just a "take a number and wait" client. I also appreciate that they all seem to genuinely enjoy dogs -which is really important since that is their business. Keep up the good work.

Took my two dogs here for the first time, one is a Border Collie and the other one is a maltese. Two completely different dogs but loved the results of both of their haircuts. The staff was really welcoming and friendly, will def be going back to take my dogs for their grooming agin.

Our golden retriever Canela receives the most wonderful attention and grooming at Harlem Doggie Day Spa...I had broken my foot, and the pick up and delivery service saved us! She was returned to us beautifully groomed (everybody comments on her on the street) and very happy. Our thanks to the entire staff!

The grooming services at Doggie Spa exceeded my expectations. I'm extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, follow-up call bavks and genuine love of animals, not to mention their reasonable prices.
