Hi Ronnie, Thank you for the feedback! We do understand how frustrating it is to do paperwork. When we transitioned the office to a digital system, all patients needed to complete new forms and it created a time where paperwork was required more frequently. Now that all of your forms are updated, we only need them filled out once per year, as recommended by the ADA and Texas Dental Board. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience.
