I was given a price for frames, lenses, treatment, blue blocker and glare resistance. I paid. A few hours later I was informed that they forgot to add the cost of my frames. I paid $270 and they wanted me to pay an additional $90. I decided to cancel the order since they would not honor what they charged me. I went in for a partial refund, paying only the exam. The front desk ended up charging me a second time in the amount of $167 instead of refunding it. So now they had to refund me $338. Its been 2 days and I still havent received my refund. Very frustrating and disappointed!

Another excellent visit with Harrah Eye Clinic. I asked for additional information about how my prescription changed and they explained it to me in a way I could understand and gave me an Rx print out too!
