Dr. Landrum is wonderful, and I would never stop going to him, no matter how poor other aspects of my visit might be. What was really terrible was the 2-HOUR wait in the waiting room. And I don't even know why! There was no explanation by the office staff, and no warning when I arrived at my appointment on time. I would have appreciated it if they had said that they were running behind when I got there so that I could rearrange my afternoon in a better way. The office staff was very helpful in setting up my next appointment and explaining procedures, but the wait without a warning or explanation was infuriating.
