I'm pretty happy with this whole experience. The appointment scheduling, to the promised notification heading toward our house and their service tech Leo.

Granted my job was a very unusual one and I anticipated whomever came out, would be reading the R&R instructions on this one. The solenoid at out kitchen faucet was "ghosting".

(Solenoid operated means you only touch the metal to turn the water on or off. Ghosting means its turning on randomly without the touch)

Leo without a flinch, jumps right into the instructions and then has at it under the sink.

I could have done this job myself but because of all the other stuff going on under this sink, it looked way too much like heart surgery! (look at the pic! The red labeled unit needed to be R&R.) Plumbing is the first trade I will hire over most. I HATE PLUMBING and too much could go "WONG" under this sink!

Done in less that 25 minutes Leo had time to call the Delta service line to diagnose a red light indicator vs. the blue light seen at the base of the faucet. Turns out Delta needed to replace the base unit also.

So no fault of Harvey Baker Plumbing.

And yes, when the base unit come in, we without hesitation will be calling them back to R&R the base unit.
