The turn signals on my new (636 mile) Jayco/Ford Chassis motorhome quit working. After calling all the worthless Ford dealerships in the Omaha area and being denied Ford warranty work with the excuse "We don't like to work on motorhomes", I went online and found Hatcher Mobile Service. I contacted Hatcher and spoke with Gary. Gary told me to bring the motorhome in, they would work it in and take a look at it. I dropped the motorhome off at noon and 2 hours later received a phone call informing the motorhome was repaired and ready for me to pick up.
The turn signal switch was bad and needed to be replaced. I will now have to battle with Ford to be reimbursed for my unnecessary out-of-pocket expense, which was due to their dealers denial of warranty service, I received.
Thank you Gary for the outstanding job you and your team at Hatcher performed, and your "We can do it" attitude.
I will be back for future, routine service work.
