Great experience from the moment i walked in the door! The ladies in the front were immediately helpful and offered me a drink. Kerry-Ann cane to get me right on time and put me at ease. She asked a few questions, did an assessment of my skin and told me what she would be doing. The service was excellent, i left feeling comfortable. I will definitely be following up with another facial with Kerry-Ann.

I love this spa ! The staff at the front are very friendly and helpful. Michelle has been doing my facials and my skin has never been better. She always provides excellent service. I love having Michelle do my facials because not only has she transformed my skin but she is very informative and always provides great conversation. I always enjoy my time at Havens. The people there make me feel like a valued customer.

Always conscientious and caring. Trust my non human members in their capable and kind hands. Have been going here for many years . Especially sensitive and gentle when it came to end of life issues with previous four foots. Dr.Irene and Dr.Nilo and all the staff are highly thought of. The hours are very convenient.
