So disappointed in Hazel Eyecare. I went in for an exam (at the beginning of the pandemic) and new glasses (bifocals). When I picked up my new prescription, the glasses seemed way off. I could see close up but when I used them for distances, everything seemed magnified and like I was looking through a fishbowl. I told the gentleman helping me and he checked to make sure the prescription was correct. The doc came out and said, "you need to let your eyes and brain get used to them." My concerns were completely blown off and left upset. Well, I wore them everyday for work but found myself taking them off for seeing at a distance. Fast forward over a year...I went to different eye doctor because I was so disappointed in my glasses and how I couldn't use them to see distances. After examining my glasses and giving me a new exam, it turns out that the prescription was way off. No wonder! This doctor suggested I reach out ask if they would refund any of my money. After I called three times and left messages, someone called back saying they wouldn't give any refund because it's been over a year (even in the midst of a pandemic) but, I can "maybe get a discount on new lenses" if I came in for an eye exam. I wouldn't want to come in for another exam that may be as bad as the last one! So disappointed and neither my daughters nor I will be back!
