The first Dr visit of my New Year’s resolution and the experience Wes great. Kimberly ran through the pre exam with me and was very informative throughout the process. Dr Fowler was as nice and knowledgeable also. What a pleasurable experience with the entire staff. Keep up the great work!!

Did my annual appointment, went ahead and got new glasses with new prescription. To my surprise prescription was wrong, because whom ever did my exam made an error, the new glasses gave me a headache and nausea, after complaining several times to the office and being dismissed with many excuses accusing it was my fault in the way I was wearing my glasses. Finally gave me another appointment to do a recheck and wanted to charge me for they mistake, again waisted time trying to point out that it was so unprofessional that I had to pay again for a mistake they did. Anyways this has been the worst experience!
