I run an office and after visiting this office I am glad I run things differently being on the other side is eye opening, way to much loud chatter and horsing around between the girls at the desk which is frustrating when you are waiting for an extended time, dr was not even in was running late and noone even had the courtesy to let me know I had to go to the desk and inquire.

6-8 weeks became 8-10 which became maybe 13 weeks. not to mention very poor customer service when I call in for information. Anything from it's not my job, to someone will call you back, to a hang up. wish I never met Hazlet Family Dental.
