Everyone in this office so genuinely cared about our dog Sophia and was friendly, gentle, and helpful. They answered our million questions about our dogs help and I left feeling like we finally found a vet that wants whats best for our dog not just money. We will be back!

Dr. Kim West is excellent with my kitty fur baby. Everyone is extremely friendly. There are separate sides for cats and dogs to keep the chaos down and the kitty rooms have cat towers in them for kitty comfort. The costs are fair. A bonus, they offer coffee or tea while you wait.

Very pleased with everything from the time I dropped off my dog early in the morning, until and including the time I picked him up after his surgical procedures.

I wish that we would have anticipated a better way to use a lead to walk him to the car when he was post-op. He was very alert, which is a good thing, but that also meant that he was anxious to move as HIS pace and since he had sutures on his collar line, couldn't wear his collar or use a regular leash, it was more difficult to guide him and slow him a bit with just one lead. There was a short distance to walk, so it worked out.

And my dog has done very well post op, which is great!

When I arrived it was warm only to find out after getting foils in my hair it was over 85 degrees per the ac repair man. I asked why they would not call the clients to inform them so they can decide if they want to sit in this heat indoors.....I was told they never close....well I don't think it would be closing but just good customer service to let the customers know. I certainly would have rescheduled instead of paying $100 plus tip for a partial highlight. I conveyed this to the stylist and the front desk but nobody seemed to even appreciate the feedback. Nor were they even apologetic....not one I am sorry for the inconvenience. Seems almost like an air of attitude in the salon versus good customer service.
