I was at first very disappointed with my appointment. I was under the impression (either a miscommunication by office staff or a misunderstanding by myself) that I would be receiving different services beyond a cleaning during my appointment. I expressed my concerns to the hygienist repeatedly and she did not seem to understand what I was saying or expressing to her. She repeatedly told me that if I had not waited as long as I had to have dental care I would not have the issues that I do. I am a person of some age, and was flabbergasted by this behavior towards me. I explained (not that I should have had to) that it had been some time since I had dental ins. and the financial ability to seek dental care and and did not need a lecture. She left the room, and I was then seen fairly quickly by Dr. Tarnowski, & his dental assistant who quickly had my appointment shift gears to address my most important concerns., and reassure me. Dr. Tarnowski, his assistant and Krissy were wonderful to deal with, as is the receptionst. My impressions were made, my next appointment set, and I left feeling much better.
