The staff is so friendly and accommodating! The doctor is very informative and compassionate. They also handle my cat Pepper very well, and always call to check in on their patients! I really like this place.

I am still astounded that I never received any response from this vet clinic in regards to their blatant upsale in my time of desperation over dramatically quick sickness and eventual loss of my corgi. Not one phone to check how he was once I'd left. Zero concern or compassion. I truly thought someone from the clinic would reach out to me, but never did

It was easy to get boarding for my cat for the day when pest control was scheduled at the house. All the staff were friendly and courteous, and they were able to fit in my last-minute request to apply Revolution treatment to the cat's neck. And the price was reasonable, which really helped.

I feel very confident in the Techs here. My fur baby goes in and comes out with his tail wagging. So I know that he is being treated right. Always a great experience. Love the techs and vets.

Staff and Drs are always professional, knowledgeable and efficient, meeting all expectations for quality care in a pleasant environment. We've been going to HP for 81/2 years and have never had anything to question. They're a great group of veterinarians and techs.

Unbelievably frustrated on the vergr of angered. After detailing the issue of my rapidly declining dog they were able to fit me in for an appointment. I arrived and was escorted inside where I talked to the vet Tech and then to the doctor. They described what they suggested needed to happen and how much would cost. Discussed the need for blood panel and how much it would cost, which i whole heartedly agreed with. The extent of his issues seemed to need an emergency blood panel which I consented to. However, upon completion of said( double the cost) emergency blood panel, I was informed that they could do little to help me and I needed to go to an emergency room, especially considering their office closed at 5pm. What I was most frustrated with is the $405 charge for emergency blood work when they clearly knew they could do little to help me. and I needed to go to an emergency Room I feel like they should have charged me the office fee and gave best next course of action consideringthis location abilities. It also took away time that could have possibly helped save my dog that I put down in the end. I will never again return to this hospital even though it is less than a block from my house. I am sickened by how money played more of a role in the health care and well being of my dog

Our usual vet, who we had been seeing for over 6 years, was now not allowing pet owners to accompany their pets in office visits (the new policy during COVID times). Asked if they knew of any that would allow us to be with our animals they did refer us to Healthy Paws. We are glad they did. We love the treatment and staff at Healthy Paws and have made them our veterinary go to.
