Everyone in the office was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I had my condition explained in complete detail to me, along with a variety of options. I was very impressed with the treatment and all involved in it. Thank you for showing the compassion and care that I didn't receive from another doctor's office. I will definitely be switching Foot clinics.

I am mostly happy. Dr. Lockwood is obviously competent and has friendly, thoughtful and well-trained staff. It seems there are a *lot* of out-of-pocket expenses that are provided as a convenience - for instance, post-op kits - that it seems should either be covered by my insurance (?) or something I can buy more cheaply at the drugstore (but I'm not sure). Also, I feel like I have more "follow-up" appointments than I really need (cha-CHING!). I need to do some digging about these seemingly added-on expenses, but I feel a little taken advantage of. I've spent a LOT of money here, and frankly I'm getting tired of the MANY SUGGESTED follow-ups that seem largely unnecessary.
