I love this spa and the stylists - everyone is great!
The only thing I don’t like is that there are no itemized receipts... and the tipping structure kind of strong-arms you into tipping on the total sale (services plus products, etc).
The receipt should show all items instead of one total, and the tip should be based off of the service provided ONLY. There is already a mark-Up on products, so you’re paying a premium on top of that, which is frustrating.
Very good salon and stylists otherwise! If they fix this, they’ll be golden.

We are looking the system as it is not our intent to have gratuity added to products and we tell our clients that at checkout.
