Well all seemed smooth from start. Was not until leaving I had some disappointments. First, I was not told up front that there would be a separate Contact fitting fee and Second, I was not provided a contact case or solution for the trial pair of contacts. I feel I since I had not worn contacts in over a year and we were fitting for them, a case and solution should have been offered as well as an up front statement that there was an additional charge. Kind of frustruating!
I found my recent experience at Heights Eyecare to be excellent. I was very impressed by Dr. Dull's manner and professionalism and addresed a problem I had been having for many years that others had just put aside. I am grateful. Also, Vonnie is so good at what she does; helping and suggesting in a positive and pleasant manner.
I had a great experience. I liked how the doctor was quick, efficient, and to the point. I found her to be very patient and personable. She really listened to my questions and took the time to dig into an answer.
Everyone was really professional and nice. They helped me through my insurance step by step. They seem to have all of the newest machines in the market to make the appointment go by smoothly. Usually I end up sitting in an office for over an hour testing my eyes, but I was right in and out and felt like they thoroughly checked everything.
