Dr. Heitke took extra time to let the anesthesia take effect even though I was the last patient of the day and everyone was probably ready to call it a day. His dental assistant worked with him in a seamless manner, minimizing the duration of the procedure. I have gone through a lot of dental work and I generally dread dental visits. This is not the case with Dr. Heitke and his wonderful staff. I feel lucky to have such a great dental practice in Madison. They are the best!
