Setting up an appointment was a little weird. The first number I called was a cell phone and the guy who answered asked me to call someone else, also a cell phone. This is not a problem or anything, I just wish that when people use their cell for business that they would answer with the business name.
The young man who came to my house did wonderful job installing a new outlet for me. His work was neat and efficient. When he was done with the outlet he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at, the outlet had taken about an hour and a half - he had some time left. He was able to easily fix a mis-wired light switch that had been annoying us since we bought our house.
