I hate to complain because I feel like once I am actually seen it is a great experience. Last year was my first time switching to you Dr. Henderson. I arrived 15min early I waited over an hour in the waiting room and then over 30min in a room. I had to stick my head out of the room and flag someone down that I only had 10min till I was just going to have to walk out the door, I had another scheduled appointment with one of my clients and I was going to have to go. Finally seen but At that point I didn't have enough time to pick out new glasses. I really liked my experience other than the wait time. I decided to give it another try, unfortunately again I arrived 10 min early but was promptly called and taken to a room where I sat for just a little over an hour until you came in. Another great visit with you! However, I am afraid I won't be back. The wait time for me is just not worth it. I would and will recommend you with the only advise to schedule plenty of time.

From the moment you enter the door, this is the most upbeat and friendly group of people you'll meet. Dr. Johnson is honest and personable, and I trust him completely with my eye care. After 8 years, it was finally time for progressive bifocals, and I can't describe how helpful the tech was in choosing just the right pair. Henderson Eye Center is highly recommended!

As always I had a great exam with Dr. Henderson, however the wait time was too long. My appointment was 9:00am so I arrived about 10 minutes early. It was 9:30 by the time I was called back and then shown to a room.

I enjoy Dr Henderson. I’ve used him since he was in the old office. This instance does not reflect on him specifically.
I waited 45 min to be seen. I would expect that at Sprinfdield Clinic, not an eye center. Then when I came out of my appointment, there was nobody available to get my contacts ordered, let alone help me pick out some new glasses and etc. I ended up just handing the form to a lady who was busy, and then leaving.
Maybe it was a fluke but I must say, last time I was there in December 2021. I had a similar experience. I don’t know what you guys are dealing with, again maybe it was just a bad day or employee shortage.
From a business standpoint, if it wasn’t just a “bad day”, someone needs to review the scheduling process and adjust accordingly. If you want to book that many patients in one day, the staffing needs to reflect that business model. If you can’t find people, then offer higher wages. The increased client capacity would pay for it. You’re also booking a month or more our sometimes. There are several solutions, including another eye doc.
Shout out to the front desk ladies. Very friendly and upbeat.

Awesome! I wish I could remember the ladies name that helped me, but she was fantastic. Super helpful, temporarily fixed my old glasses. Helped me order new ones, and sun glasses. She was the best.
