I understand that Hercules Optometric Group just moved, but was a little confused on the new address, for on Google it still had the old address at 1581, just food for thought to have someone take care of that. People can get confused. I know what it's like to move a business though :)
I was up for my annual check-up and I realize everything is new and getting used to a new environment can be challenging for all of the employees. You guys did great. Maybe just let people know a longer time frame of their appointment and what to expect. I was there for an appointment and what normally took 45 mins; and I was told it would only take about 45 mins; I was there for an hour and had been seen by the doctor (who was great along with the staff) but then told I had to have my eyes diolated. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to do that portion of my annual check-up :( But I will reschedule it.
For only being there less than a week, the service was still amazing and friendly. I could only imagine how much stress the staff is under to perform normally without some things not working properly, but yet they handled it quite well, I know this time will pass and the little lag in time will go away and they will be as proficient as they used to be. I love going here. I'm so happy for your move and it was definitely a better location for you guys.
