Each time I have brought in one of our cockatiels for either a check up or a nail and wing clip the staff is always so nice and gentle. I've never been invited back to see the process of trimming them. But have been in the room for their check ups. Each time my little girl Moe came in. All the desk girls were always in love with her. She is pure white and they took turns wanting selfies with her. She is a love and cuddles kinda girl. My boys are a bit different. Ty ty my gray and white is a another love and cuddles guy. And Cobby is gray bodied with a yellow head and orange cheeks. He is my attitude guy. He likes hanging with Mommy and sitting on my shoulder and sitting millet on my leg. But he loves and cuddles Daddy but he can't give me the time of day if Daddy is near.

There are not enough good things to say about the service provided to our animals. From the booking of the appointment trough paying for the service at the end, the staff and medical providers are top notch!
