Was referred to the repair center. initially, for the first few visits the prices charged were ok. Made an appointment to have service done on a new car. Again, they gave me good price quote. I got a call, after I dropped off the car: Job cannot be done. Computer program needed was not available at the facility. Wasted a morning dropping off the car and picking it up again.
Referred a couple of other people to them.
One got a very expensive estimate, three times the amount another shop was doing the job for. Needless to say, that person went with the other shop.
The second referral was having a job done and tried to get a coupon (they received it in an email) applied to the repair. That person got a song and dance about applying the coupon: The poor tech was not going to make any money on the repair... The person did not take advantage of the coupon, because he felt bad about the tech not making any money. Needless to say that person did not go back for any other work.
My take on the place is: Once you are an established customer they overcharge you.
Why are they issuing coupons, when, once your there to fix your car, they dissuade you from using it?
My counsel is: don't use them.
