Thank you for your response to our survey. We are working diligiently to increase our turnaround times. In the future we will hire additional qualified staff in order to make sure that we are able to address each client's needs in a more timely manner without sacrificing the level of quality that is expected of and required of a CPA firm. Keep in mind though that we are not an H&R Block or a tax return preparation office but a Certified Public Accounting office. There is a huge difference in the two in as what is required for Us to do our job in accordance with the standards that tax return preparation companies are not required to adhere to.
